Problems with MQ thresholds after applying ptf LU13237

Issue/Introduction

With the correct  syntax (as defined at rel 16.0) nothing happens at Sysview 17.0 when entering the command RULES MQ THR

The threshold defined:

Environment

Sysview release 17.0

Cause

The threshold definition is correct, only ptf LU13237 introduced a problem with the MQ thresholds.

Resolution

Install ptf LU14079 to correct the error.
Even though it is not mentioned in ptf LU14079 it is solving MQ thresholds, it also solves the issue.
However ptf LU14079 is marked in ERROR and the RESOLVER is ptf LU14229 and LU14466
