The Azure EA subscription is not available under the PGB assignment.

Issue/Introduction

When a partner user attempts to assign the Azure EA subscription to a customer through PGB assignment, the subscription is not available for assignment.

Cause

Reasons why the subscription is not available under PGB assignment:

1. It is already assigned to another customer.
2. The subscription has no associated costs from EA.

Resolution

1. Ensure that the subscription is not assigned to any other customer.

2. Verify that the subscription has associated costs from the linked EA.
