The masking docker container is hanging while trying to connect to ZooKeeper in TDM 4.11.104.0 on Kubernetes

Issue/Introduction
Currently encountering an issue when installing docker version 4.11.104.0 of CATDM.
Docker version 4.11.100.0 was working fine with zookeeper server version 3.8.4.
Noticed that there is an upgrade of zookeeper client version in masking image of version 4.11.104.0.
The upgrade of zookeeper client is from version 3.7.2 to 3.9.2 is causing connection issues with current zookeeper server version 3.8.4 which worked find with masking image 4.11.100.0.
The startup is stuck at initiating zookeeper client connection.
Environment
TDM 4.11.104.0 on Kubernetes
Cause
Publishing to Oracle SQL file creates invalid output for columns with TIMESTAMP default value.
Resolution
Fix provided in TDMWeb-4.11.105.0.
