Issue/Introduction
Does TextBox fields in the latest CA Service Catalog 17.4 version support HTML code?
This used to be possible in previous versions of CA Service Catalog
Environment
CA Service Catalog 17.4
Resolution
In the latest CA Service Catalog 17.4 version, HTML tags are not supported in TextBox fileds. However, you can use the Label field to achieve this.
Steps:
1. Remove the "Role / Description" Text box and add a Label field with the same name and ID.
2. For the Label component set the _id and label text value to 'displayname'
3. Save changes and refresh.
