Is it possible to get a status of NCM tasks for devices?

Issue/Introduction

We need to determine what devices have succeeded or failed NCM tasks.

Environment

DX Netops Spectrum 23.3.6 and later

Resolution

A new notification was added in DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.6 and later:

(23.3.6 and higher) Spectrum enhances the existing NCM task completion mechanism to proactively notify users about the completion of the NCM task. As part of the implementation, Spectrum raises a new NCM task completion event (0x00821072) that clearly indicates whether the task is successful or not. It also contains a list of successful and failed devices. Multiple devices in the list are separated by a comma (default delimiter). The event also generates an associated minor alarm, which is user-clearable and non-persistent.
This enhancement ensures that users no longer need to manually check the status of the task. They automatically receive the notification with the detailed information.
