IM cannot launch after UIM upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Have upgraded UIM server to 20.4 CU10 but unable to launch the Infrastructure Manager client 

Environment

20.4CU10 

Resolution

You need to manually upgrade the IM after upgrade of the UIM version if a new version of IM is included in your UIM upgrade version

On Primary hub you will find the Nimbus Manager installer at below location 

<Nimsoft Install> \Nimsoft\install\setup\NimBUS Manager.exe

 

Or can also find the new installer on uimhome page  http://<Primary-ip>/uimhome 

 

You can verify the IM version in IM -> Help -> About Infrastructure Manager
