Provider vDC not appearing in Aria Operations.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to vROPS 8.17.2, the provider vDCS are not appearing in VMWare aria operations, and unable to monitor anything about them.

Environment

Aria Operations: 8.17.2
vCloud Director Management Pack: 8.16
vCloud Director: 10.5.1.1

Resolution

Resolution Steps:

1. Click on Integration.
2. Go to the connector for the vCD cell and deleted it, while saving historical data. See below screenshot:


3. After deleting, create the connector again with the same configuration and it will instantly recovered.
