Remove Okta login widget and any Okta remnants from PPMSSO

Issue/Introduction

Summary: The Okta Login widget and any Okta remnants should not be available for PPMSSO. New releases of PPMSSO will no longer allow logins to Okta. Users that are migrated to VIP Auth Hub must be registered in VIP Auth Hub or else they can authenticate when they directly access PPMSSO.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. PPMSSO is showing the Okta Login widget. 

Expected Results: Okta login should not be available. 

Actual Results: Okta remnants are still showing up. 

Workaround: Users should now use VIP Auth Hub.

Resolution

The Okta Login Widget and other Okta remnants have been removed from PPMSSO, addressed through feature/story work, targeted for Release 16.3.0 and for Release 16.2.3 - Patch #1 (16.2.3.1).
