passing messageDetails field to SNOW ticket via situation message template

Issue/Introduction

Able to get messageDetails from Spectrum into DX OI raw alarm with Spectrum data publisher integration with DX OI SAAS). Still having difficulty passing this messageDetails field to SNOW ticket (ticket created via situation alarm and not raw alarm). The situation message template for including raw alarm field does not have option to add messageDetails. We manually added the messageDetails string in the situation message template as it is not in the pick/select list. Added manually following string in the message template but this field is not being passed to SNOW ticket.

Resolution

Fix has been released in the DX OI SAAS production environment which gives the option to select messageDetails field situation message template.
