CA7 Mainframe Data Provider for AAI
Issue with user on AAI server.
This error there is an issue with the FTP or SFTP connection to the AAI server.
Check that the user being used for the FTP or SFTP connection is not locked out or had its password changed.
You can test by using a FTP or SFTP client using the same username to see if you can connect.
You can also attempt to SSH from OMVS on the CA7 server to the AAI server using the same user account.
Once the user issue is resolved you should be able to start up the CA7 data provider process without issue.
