Issue/Introduction

The Robot Deployment option is greyed out and the key icon that shows if credentials are saved is not on or displayed.

 

Environment

  • DX UIM 23.4 CU2
  • Robot
  • Windows/Linux OS

Resolution

  1. The Robot Deployment function checks to make sure that it will be able to carry out the requested robot installation.

  2. Validate that you first have discovered the device via Setup Wizard.

  3. Once discovered you should be able to then select the Robot Deployment option after selecting the newly discovered device on the Inventory page.

  4. Please also check the Robot Deployment requirements here and check the ACL permissions are granted to the user.
