Issue/Introduction

After installing seos cp05 on redhat 8.8

While using
    seaudit -all
command we are getting this error
6 Sep 2024 20:58:54 P FILE         root       Chdir      59  3 /var/                /usr/sbin/sshd                         root

seaudit: tpp.c:84: __pthread_tpp_change_priority: Assertion `new_prio == -1 || (new_prio >= fifo_min_prio && new_prio <= fifo_max_prio)' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

and then seaudit doesn't report any other log message.

Environment

PAMSC 14.1 linux x64

PAMSC cp05

Cause

This problem arose on newer Linux distributions and requires an explicit linkage with pthread library rather than relying on pthread APIs provided by glibc

Resolution

SE provided a new package to be installed on all cp05 endpoints

acpatch-DE616074-14.10.50.177-_LINUX_X64.zip

The replacement binary can be used on any PIM 14.10.50.xxx installations (i.e., regardless of their build number like 139, 166 , etc which is shown where xxx are) on x64 Linux systems.

The solution is included in cp06 (v14.10.60.138)
