DX Netops VNA Fortinet plugin - no data

Issue/Introduction

I added Fortinet Plugin to VNA but I can't see any data in NetOps Portal. 
It was never working before.

User used for Fortinet access is a Super_User with access to 'All ADOMs'.

Environment

Performance Manager (any release) + VNA Fortinet plugin (any release)

Cause

No access to JSON API on Fortinet

Resolution

Allow VNA access to Fortinet JSON API
