Missing templates in API developer portal

Issue/Introduction

Custom policy templates are showing missing, below is the sample screenshot :

Environment

5.2.x, 5.3.x. portal. 

Cause

Multiple proxies enrolled in the portal and have different template sets. 

Resolution

If you have multiple proxies enrolled in the portals, you need to ensure you have same set of templates on all the proxies for this issue not to occur.
