Issue/Introduction

Issue: 

Getting Warning messages  in system.log

Pgm nhiTrapServerCmu: Received pdu community has incorrect type

 

Environment:  

ehealth 6.3.2.04 on Windows 2008

 

Cause: 

Ports scanner might be enabled in the environment.

 

Resolution:

In order to suppress these errors, we can disable the NHITRAPSERVERCMUservice or if we are not using it then follow the below steps.

 

Step1)Stop eHealth Services(nhserver stop)

Step2)Add NH_SNMP_LOG_SUPPRESS = Yes Environment variable

Step3) Start eHealth Services(nhserver start)

Fixed in eHealth 6.3.2.06
