Issue/Introduction

You are receiving an NDR when sending to a domain that uses Mimecast services.

Error code :  "550 Invalid Recipient - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [qD4elLNiMey89JStEUxnmg.us680]"

Cause

The sender has sent an email to an invalid recipient email address.

Resolution

The sender must resend the message to a valid internal recipient address.
