Unable to find Custom Tag information under Properties in Aria Operations 8.18

Issue/Introduction

• Trying to create custom groups using "Custom attributes for VMs".
• Search for "Properties->Summary->Custom Tag" when trying to setup custom groups, "custom tag" is not found.
  
  
  
  
• Though the information is available in Aria Operations for the VM. Checking the metadate section of the VM we can see the "custom attributes".
  
  
  
  

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18

Cause

 This can happen when there are a large number of objects available in the Aria Operations. 

Resolution

• Select a specific resource that has the corresponding custom property.
• We configuring custom groups we will need to enable the "Keep group membership up to date" option enabled.
  
  
  
  
• When defining the membership criteria, when selecting the property click on "select object" and select the VM that has the "custom tag" field.
  
  
  
  
• Now we should be able see custom tag information.
