User not receiving PUSH number challenge after the option is enabled in VIP Manager, VIP Enterprise Gateway. Manual security code entry is required. VIP Manager logs show the error: A numbers challenge is required and no mobile push enabled credentials are capable of performing a numbers challenge.
VIP PUSH number challenge requires VIP Access Mobile 4.2.0 (Android) or 4.3.0 (iOS) or later. Older versions fails back to manually requiring the security code.
Upgrade to VIP Access Mobile 4.2.0 or later (Android) from Google Play or 4.3.0 or later (iOS) from the Apple App store.
