XCOM Data Transport - z/OS

Issue/Introduction

During start of XCOMJOB batch interface of XCOM for MVS, the following message may be issued

XCOMM0022E UNABLE TO START **RAN.** TASKSTIMC=xxxxxxxx   00000000

Is there any way to fix it?

Resolution

Fix LU04718 removes this message.

This not evident from the fix title, which reads:

CHANGE XCOMM0056I AND XCOMM0672I IN PREPARATION FOR LEVELSET

However, the fix description mentions two problems, including the one with message XCOM0022E:
