Issue/Introduction

Why there is no data captured in Portal UI - Monitor >> "Quota consumption Report" ?

Environment

API Portal all supported releases.

Resolution

Make sure that the Portal is 5.2.1 or higher.

Deploy "Rate & Quota Policy Template" bundle from Portal to tenant gateways and then configure all your gateway published APIs to use this template in their policies.

Note: Quota consumption Report will works ONLY for API and Organization levels.
