Edge activation will throw error "getaddinfo ENOTFOUND smtp.sendgrid.net error" when email is sent

Issue/Introduction
When new edge is deployed in VCO and when activation email is sent we could see below error when hitting "send activation email".
Environment
All Velocloud SD-WAN version
Cause
This would be due to SMTP service issue on VCO. Need to check SMTP service .
Resolution
Please engage Support for Cloud hosted VCO. For On-prem please check SMTP license expiration or SMTP service failures
