When a vCenter / compute manager goes down, all the NSX Manager nodes attempt to raise alarms via updateEventInstances
.
The alarm framework ignores the alarm requests from the non-leader NSX Manager nodes but the frequent event updates result in several logs being generated.
This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.1 available at Broadcom Downloads.
