Issue/Introduction

Upgrade to 16.2.3 fails while dropping views pertaining to OKR 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Attempt an upgrade to Clarity 16.2.3 

Expected Results: Upgrade should complete successfully

Actual Results: Upgrade fails with below error

Cause

DE153604

Resolution

DE153604 fixed as part of release-overrides update for 16.2.3 (see below):

To fix this issue as part of 16.2.3 upgrade (if environment is not yet upgraded)

1. Download the above release-overrides.10.zip, unzip into a folder called <release-override-path> (c:\rel-overrides\)
2. Start the upgrade by running the install.sh or install.bat
3. In between the upgrade, there will be a prompt to enter the path for release-overrides the folder, provide the downloaded release-overrides.10.zip
4. Continue with the upgrade process.

Note: release-overrides.10.zip will be available under download section of product download from support.broadcom.com
