Issue/Introduction

CDM probe 7.21 reports the following messages on robots installed on Windows and does NOT impact functionality. All QOS and Alarms are working properly

This message is not seen with previous CDM version

cdm: Read owner, OpenProcess failed 0, error:87

Known issue with CDM7.21

Resolution

There is message is benign and can be ignored. This message will be removed in the upcoming cdm probe release.
