VNA Plugin status is Unknown and fails to create a VNA Domain in Portal

Issue/Introduction

The VNA Plugin status is Unknown and unable to create a new VNA Domain in Portal:

The VNA Domain was successfully created via VNA swagger.

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management and Virtual Network Assurance: Any version

Cause

Data Collector (DC) and Data Aggregator (DA) versions are not aligned. Version mismatch.

 

Error message in the Portal - /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/PC/logs/PCService.log file:

Resolution

Upgraded the DC version to match the DA version
