ConnectALL API Provider - Ignores Default configuration spec

Issue/Introduction

Universal adapter of type ConnectALL API provider; is ignoring the default configuration spec. The transformation is not getting applied until you do a override and pick a metadata for the spec. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a Universal Adapter of type ConnectALL API Provider.
2. Navigate to Configuration screen
3. Click on 'Request Spec Config' for SAVE RECORD as outlined in UA > Save Record
4. Enter Input Payload and write Transformation Spec

Expected Results: 
Default config should be used in transformation for ConnectALL API Provider type universal adapters

Actual Results:
Default config is ignored
