ConnectALL throws "Unable to checkout project" error sporadically for ADO to MSPS sync

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create automation to sync ADO(Epic/Features) -> MSPS(Task)
2. Check in MSPS side to make sure the project is not checked out.
3. Run the automation.
   
   

Expected Results: 
Automation should run fine and sync eligible work items to MSPS.

 

Actual Results:
You will sporadically see work items failing to sync due to error Unable to checkout project.
