ConnectALL throws 'General Exception' error in logs instead of actual exception while syncing to MS Project Server

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between any adapter - App1 and Microsoft Project Server
2. Do sync from App1 to Project server
3. Observe the logs

Actual Results:

'General Exception' Occurred during the processing for the record' occurred in logs
Note : As far as checked, General exception thrown in logs instead of throwing actual exception like Microsoft.ProjectServer.PJClientCallableException","message":{"lang":"en-US","value":"CICONotCheckedOut"}}}

Expected Results:

General Exception should not be thrown and actual exception should be thrown in logs

DE131364 resolved in 3.6.0 and ported back to 3.5.0.1
