The message ESF057 appeared because the system XXX1 was the checkpoint owner at the time of the shutdown of the Spool tasks. As the system XXX0 was started first, it became the checkpoint owner so Spool asked if the system XXX1 was really down. This is normal behavior and no further action is required.
According to ESFPARM, the system XXX0 is the default checkpoint owner as it has the lowest Sx number:
S1 SID=XXX0
S2 SID=XXX1
So, in the situation, when XXX1 is started back he will just join the complex as a normal member and not further action will be required.
