Enabling debugging in the SOI Manager logs

Issue/Introduction

The SOI Manager logs can have different levels of debugging configured for the different components.  Where is this configuration done and what items should be configured?

Environment

SOI 4.2

Resolution

Please do the following to enable debug tracing:

• http://<soi-mgr URL or ipaddress>:7090/sam/debug/debug.jsp
• Set desired component to ON
• Set debug level to MAX
• There is no need to recycle the SOI Services

Then check in the soimgr-debug.log.  

These changes can be reverted when no longer needed.
