Issue/Introduction

Can a note section be added to the Reusable Recipient Pattern page for each of the three Recipient Patterns fields, Email Addresses, IP Addresses, and URL Domains.

This would be used to explain or justify why the entries were input into those fields.

Resolution

You can create multiple separate reusable sender patterns and use them in exceptions with an AND condition.
Each exceptions is a reusable sender patterns with its own unique description. 
That unique description will take the place of the note section.
