Receives error DCI1108E: LICENSE KEY INVALID OR EXPIRED when setting options for ISPF

Issue/Introduction

When customizing DCI for ISPF, the DCI1108E message is issued when setting the value for KEY in the Options menu 

Environment

ISPF Feature

Cause

Was including actual value from LMP Key for DCI vs the documented values as per the Primary Settings

Resolution

When defining the value for KEY the values may be different if you "own" DCI vs running DCI with SYSVIEW
     USE:
 LMPLICENSE if your site "owns" DCI 
 REPORTSONLY if running DCI with Sysview
