When trying to start a newly installed agent against a SaaS system, the following error shows in the log:
U02000313 Communication error with partner 'saas_tenant.example.com/<unresolved>:443', error: 'Unexpected HTTP response status code 403'.

The agent server's public IP address must be provided to the Automic SaaS Support team so it can be whitelisted.
