Issue/Introduction

We upgraded our Clarity Servers to RedHat 8.10 and since after the upgrade Clarity is not generating any notifications and also Jaspersoft is not sending any reports emails or notifications.

Cause

The issue was related to postfix-3.5 compatibility with RedHat 8.10

Resolution

Update the compatibility level to two on the /etc/postfix/main.cf for postfix-3.5.
