Web reports are coming back blank

Cause

If the file system fills up during the import.properties task. lock files can be left behind which will prevent successful processing of the import properties task.

Resolution

  • search the APG/Databases/APG-Property-Store/Default/tmp/DB path and see if there are any .lock files.
    ie: APG/Databases/APG-Property-Store/Default/tmp/DB/partition3307930583200693946.tmp.lock
  • Delete any lock files found.
  • Run the topology-cli/Default/refresh-topology.task
  • Run the property-store/Default/import-properties.task
  • Web reports should now report data.
