Cause

The referenced battery is the BIOS battery, whose power has ran down, and would require a replacement.

Resolution

S410 appliances include a lithium BIOS battery. When replacing the battery, use a Panasonic BR2032 lithium, coin cell battery (3v,190mAh). The customer would procure and replace the battery themselves. Information on this battery can be gotten from the web. See the non-Broadcom link below, as an example.
