OEBS Agent does not have entries for Template Job dropdown

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to update the object definition for a an Oracle EBS agent, there is no entry in the dropdown for Template Job:

Environment

V24, 21

Cause

No Template job has been created

Resolution

Create a template job in either Client 0 or the non-client 0.  Once a single OEBS job has been created, this will be available in the agent definition Template Job dropdown.

In the case of Automic SaaS, a template job must be created in the non-zero client (such as client 100)
