Create Quick Report option missing after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The "Create Quick Report" option is no longer available after upgrading to M&R 7.7.0.3

Environment

M&R 7.5.0.3 & 7.7.0.3

Cause

The reason this option was removed is due to many customers being confused as to which menu item is to be used for launching/creating new reports between the new report option and the "Create Quick Report" menu item under the "Modicfications" menu.

Thus as a solution, the "Create Quick Report" menu item was removed.

 

Resolution

In place of "Create Quick Report" menu item, one would use the following to create new reports:

1. Log into the Frontend and click on the graph icon.  Move the cursor to the "Edit Report" menu item as shown in the below screenshot and click on the selection.
   
2. Click on the "My Reports" node in the left panel and then click on top left hand corner new report icon as shown in the below screenshot to create new report.
