Issue:
The following errors are received after successfully enabling EEM:
=========================================
CAUAJM_E_60193 You are not authorized to perform this action.
CAUAJM_W_60050 Insufficient privileges to execute options 3 through 4.

Environment:
Workload Automation AE 11.3.x, Embedded Entitlements Manager 12.x
Cause:
The EEM application is trying to resolve the EiamAdmin user to the SECADM policy for Workload Automation AE, and cannot do so, since the EiamAdmin user is defined outside of EEM.
This error can happen when trying to connect to EEM for the first time, mainly because it is seeing whether the EEM user logged in has permissions to run autosys_secure.
Resolution:
Error messages are benign if they do not reappear on logout and re-login autosys_secure.
