Delay in Initial Login Due to esw.min.js Timeout on AdminUI for On-Prem Setup Without Internet

Issue/Introduction

The issue occurs on the initial login page of the AdminUI when the customer attempts to access the system using the APMGateway service URL. The customer is using version 24.1 in an on-premises setup without internet connectivity.

During the login process, the AdminUI attempts to download the esw.min.js JavaScript package from the internet. Since the customer does not have internet access, the download fails, causing the login page to hang until the request times out. This timeout takes approximately 3 to 4 minutes, leading to a significant delay in the login process.
