When migrating CA SDM from 17.3 to 17.4, will Xtraction still be supported by Broadcom? If yes, where is the Broadcom documentation about the procedures involve Xtraction Migration?
Service Desk Manager 17.4 and up
The Supportability Matrix page lists supported versions of Xtraction in the section on Web Browsers here: Supportability Matrix - Web Browser
To download, login to the https://support.broadcom.com website, and go to the download center. Download the Xtraction piece from the "Service Desk" product page. Notice the release says 17.3, but clicking the link confirms that the version of Xtraction offered there is 2021.3 which is supported for SDM 17.4. If this is the version you already have with 17.3, you might test the upgrade with Xtraction as it is to see if it still works after the upgrade.
