User switched the individual user account configured in Rally to a service account. While modifying the automations they noticed the Issue Link field mapping was showing an error - "Source field is missing in the application. Please verify the application for the field availability."

User initiated a new automation with the new user and were able to map the field. They didn't save the new automation and opened the existing automations. A few automatically resolved. One automation did not automatically resolve so they opened it a few times, making no changes but saving. That seemed to resolve the bug automation issue too.
