We are unable to see our NFA data on the dashboard for a device. We are trying to see the netflow of an interface. We are able to see it in NFA, but it is not populating in the dashboard on the portal. This only seems to affect one particular device, none of the other routers have this issue.

We searched by IP address and found that there was duplicate entry for the same router listed under a different HarvesterID that contained the missing data.
To resolve this, we can either delete the version of the device on the "wrong" harvester, or merge the interface data from the 'bad' version of the device into the correct version of the device:
