Issue/Introduction

Our client is seeking to ascertain the usage activity associated with each dashboard. Information such as the number of users who accessed the dashboard in the last month and the date of the last access would be useful.

Could you please confirm where this information is stored? For example, is it in the Elastic or Grafana log?
If this is the case, could you please advise how we can access this information?

In the Elastic case, could you direct me to the relevant source? Do you have any query examples I could refer to?

If the information is available via Log, could you please let me know how I can view these logs? (either via an API or any other method) Could you also confirm the level at which the logs should be?

Resolution

The audit dashboard does present such data but not by dashboard. This functionality is not documented or possible at this time.
