Aria Automation remote console issue for non-english keyboards in 8.18

Issue/Introduction

• When using when using Remote Console through Aria Automation 8.18 it list the correct language keyboard and layout but it gives the wrong special characters and keys when inputting.
• The same issue does not occur when opening the remote console session directly in vCenter

Cause

Known issue with non-English keyboard layouts in Aria Automation 8.18

Resolution

The issue is scheduled to be resolved in the Aria Automation 8.18.1 release.

To workaround the issue leverage the on-screen keyboard or access the remote console via vCenter server where issue is not present.
