Issue/Introduction

Common component features like pinning, filter, scaling of columns  seen in non configurable mode of canvas in one of their lower environments. The is consistently reproducible only when conditional formatting is applied for the first time on the table widget. On canvas refresh, the desired UX behavior is restored even though the conditional formatting is in place.

Steps to Reproduce: No defined steps to reproduce and this is inconsistently seen also 

1. Create a blueprint of project type 
2. Add cavas as module to the created blueprint
3. Associate the created blueprint to one or many instance of the project 
4. Now navigate to associated instance of the project and Common component features like pinning, filter, scaling of columns  seen in non configurable mode of canvas  

Expected Results: Common component grid features like pinning, scaling, filters shouldn't be available in non configurable mode of canvas 

Actual Results: Common component grid features like pinning, scaling, filters is  available in non configurable mode of canvas

DE152987 is fixed in 16.3.0 (Targeted to release November 2024) and also backported to 16.2.3 patch 1
