Microsoft IIS adapter is not collecting data

Issue/Introduction

Microsoft IIS adapter is showing Warning with no data collecting.  When a "Test Validation" is performed, the following Error displayed:

"Connect To Web Server" Test Result: Test connection failed. Verify your Host, Port, authentication token, and network configuration. Message: json must not be null.

Cause

Expired Access Token.

To initiate an API call from Aria Operations to the IIS server, a token needs to created for the access credential to be configured on the Aria Operations IIS adapter.  If and when the token expires, the API call will fail to authenticate, and the data collecting will stop working.

Resolution

Re-generate a new IIS server access token by following the steps from the URL below:
