When Updating Modern Project Link, Error CMN-0016: Attribute 'category_id' has an invalid value Appears

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to update any created category or link property, the error appears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Go to any Modern Project > Links module.
2. Attempt to rename a category or edit a link property(URL or name)

Expected: UI update is not accepted.
Actual: No updates is accepted. Error displays: CMN-0016: Attribute 'category_id' has an invalid value

Resolution

The steps-to-reproduce is unknown, however the cause of the issue is due to an orphan record existing between the PRLINK and PRCATEGORY table.
