When logging into console.cloud.vmware.com and navigating to the Usage Management section we are presented with the following error: 'Failed to fetch Usage Meters, Please try again later.'

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to view the usage meters in console.cloud.vmware.com.  
• When navigating to the Usage Management section, we are presented with an error 'Failed to fetch Usage Meters, Please try again later.'
  

Resolution

 

• Please contact your organization’s administrator and kindly request that they proceed with the deletion of your current user account. Following this, they need to re-add the same account.
• Alternatively, try using incognito window/different browser.
