Bucket Synchronization status for a Tenant is stuck in 'Running' state.

Issue/Introduction

• Tenant's bucket synchronization status does not change from Running to Completed status even though the sync is happening as expected and the objects count shows the correct value.
• Synchronization status is stuck for a particular Tenant. 
• Global Sync task completes successfully but the status does not change to Completed for the Tenant in question.

Environment

Object Storage Extension 2.x

Object Storage Extension 3.x

Cause

If there is unclean data in the database, the sync status may not update, even if the we try to sync again.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, OSE Database modifications are required.
